16-02-2013:  Installation problem fixed.  If you downloaded the previous version you may have
             experienced a library error when trying to run WinTRAX.  This release should fix that,
             but if not, you should 

               (1) Uninstall WinTRAX using Add/Remove programs from the  Windows Control Panel. 
               (2) DELETE all files in the installation folder (usually C:\Program Files\WinTRAX).  
             
             Then install this release.  Please report continuing problems.
